In Figma, use the squares pre-arranged in templates and incorporate your knowledge of color (HSB color space) to the concepts Illustrated by Gerstner In Structure In Movement. Add Fills to the squares to create 4 graphics:

Linear
Recreate the 16 squares in a line as in figure a3 using a single Hue, 
varying the Brightness and/or Saturation

Two Dimensional
Create 4x4 square from your Linear arrangement, re-creating your choice of b1-b9

Reflection, Rotation, Displacement

Duplicate your 4x4 grid of squares four times through either reflection, rotation displacement as demonstrated in examples c1-c22

Interpenetration
Now re-arrange your 8x8 grid of squares so that they appear interwoven, interposed, or some combination of randomness (c23-c29) and order as creatively as you can
